I use Gnome as my Linux Desktop Environment, and was wondering if it is at all possible to get more native-looking windows?

My main request for this is rounded windows and Gnome-style window decoration (as opposed to Windows-style) when setDefaultLookAndFeelDecorated(true) is used.

You mean the 3 buttons, right?
That should be possible, because these are Swing components...
