Error Message saying file is damaged when using AU and VST3 in Reaper 7.0 on M1 Mac

I get the following error messages when I try to use your tubescreamer plug-in on an M1 Mac in Reaper 7. Worked fine on my old Intel Mac. Is this an issue with the new Mac processors? Or is there something else going on?

Opened an old project from the Intel computer and saw the errors again. That's why I thought to raise it up here. It's a nice sounding plug-in btw.
