Speed up deleting on score page #44

Right now when deleting an event on the score page, a delete is triggered and then the page is reloaded. Since page reload takes awhile, it'd probably be better to just remove the row rather than trying to reload the page. I should also maybe disable the "delete" button so that it's not double clicked at all.
