Ability to add personal reminders about whatever that are shown the next time the user is logged in
Example use case: browsing on mobile device and find a library you would like to look at next time you're working. User would go to a special url
/remindand enter in details such as an optional url and a short description.When the user next opened the desktop app, the reminders would pop-up in a modal (or a small popup window?)
