Hi. This seems a little weird since we have never encountered such problem. Did you change any code? It looks like the coda extension has been complied successfully. What GPU is used? CUDA Version? I need more information for debugging.

We are using NVIDIA ADA A6000 GPU, CUDA version is 11.3.
