Audio format mp3 not available?

I simply love the app. It makes it a hassle free to download multiple platforms videos. There are 2 things which i want to mention:

1. Why there is no .mp3 format to download audio file in the audio section?
2. Sometimes the app shows unknown error even if the video is on a public link on social platforms.
