  • satisfactions (from who, which ones, weighted, the groups can be combined, for ex. "Teenagers" ^ "Female")

return:

  • causes of the problems sorted by whatever the user wants :)) and groups whom they affect

Create a corelation matrix
Adjustable weights for parameters

Input:

  • Weighted parameters concerning which groups of people we are interested in (like: looking for opinions of business class passengers weighted as 2 and/or female passengers weighted as 1, weight sums for people adhering to multiple defined groups, so female business passengers would have a weight of 3)
  • Parameters defining which problems to include and which to ignore (like: ignoring opinions about boarding satisfaction) or which not to ignore, depends on implementation.
  • Parameter defining how do we classify someone unsatisfied, as in how low the opinion has to be to count it to calculations, makes it possible to filter out people we consider satisfied enough in checked problems

Return:

  • List of problems sorted by calculated "unhappiness", containing information about numbers of people of each group whose opinion was used for calculation
