I use macOS Sonoma. Downloaded Xcode 16.3 beta and macOS Monterey 12.6.1 IPSW from https://mrmacintosh.com/apple-silicon-m1-full-macos-restore-ipsw-firmware-files-database/ . Try to install 12.6.1 IPSW to VM but get this error:
