Thank you for the amazing package!
I was trying to run Rmagic as below, data_MAGIC <- magic(count_matrix, knn=15, genes=c("CTLA4", "CLU", "CD3G"))
But it gave me error: Error in is.null(x = genes) || is.na(x = genes) : 'length = 3' in coercion to 'logical(1)'
I'd presume that this might be due to an older version of other packages.. I am using R version 4.3.0 (2023-04-21) and added attached packages
