To use this repository:

  1. Run the script-> script->data_script.R using a computer connected to the Oyster Project MySQL database (UF VPN). This script will output wq.csv and lab.csv in the data->wq folder.
  2. Knit the wq_quarterly_report.rmd to generate the report.
  3. Manually rename the file to the appropriate report name (e.g., wq_quarterly_report_fall_2019.docx) and move it to the writing->report folder.
