IF dialougue uses other language in .json file, it cannot be displayed

If you use other language except english to write dialougue in datapack, in the game it will be properly loaded but all text will not be displayed or showing incorrect text and weird not readable font.

the .json file is in UTF-8 format, this issue is not occuring in other mods.

Is there any solution? the text after loaded is completely not readable.
