Clarify eresources loans and online renewals #21

The loans schema will track usage that includes:

Online renewals (sometimes recorded without a physical library associated, by library management systems)
E resources loans, such as ebooks and eaudio

We should update the guidance to provide information such as what library name to use in each of these situations:

Suggest 'Virtual library (e-loans)' for e-resources loans
Suggest 'Online catalogue (renewals)' for renewals that are made online

These two examples were used by Newcastle in early 2020 testing.
