Requirements

Getting a working npm package specific to starting terminal commands
Install the terminal npm package to dependencies on your mini server.
Get a python script to run as a process.
- Save possible process ID (Specific way to save info)
- Run a process with unique ID/Name
Kill the prior python process.
- Kill process by Process ID or by using a unique ID/Name
