Installation instructions do not specify VirtualBox version

I have v5 installed on my Linux box. When I run vagrant up, it tells me that it requires v4.0, 4.1, 4.2, or 4.3.

We should either/both:

• Specify what version(s) of VirtualBox and Vagrant can be used when we tell people to install them.
• Update the vagrant file so that VirtualBox v5 will work.

I understand that the latter task may require more work than just updating the vagrant file.

@wmburke I have downloaded the new version of Vagrant as well and worked fine, maybe you should update your vagrant as well.

I've also got the most recent version of VirtualBox running. Everything running fine.
