That is a very nice paper, approach and project, very much congrats!
Why not trying to see if there would be a value to add the primitives explored (ELSTM for instance) to https://github.com/simonprovost/scikit-longitudinal so that perhaps it could be then used within https://github.com/simonprovost/Auto-Sklong ?
