Toggle command for players for refill stacks

Can you add a command for refill stacks that controls auto-replacing broken tools and depleted hot bar stacks. So that players can choose whether they want it active or not.

/autosort refill - toggles automatic replacing of broken tools and depleted hot bar stacks.

Would make the plugin perfect if can be made possible as non of the other commands do this.
The only options we have currently is /autosort Chests and /autosort Inventory.
