Some files don't show up

Summary

Lets say I look for files with meta box on the file level.

I can not find this file compact-no-code-fec-1.iso3 which has a file-level meta as can be seen in the gpac output.

That file is ignored because of the following error.

Box fiin:Box has versions {0} that are not in the standard features.

Re-opening to keep track of all the files in .cfignore. We should fix all those and keep this file empty
