Append Clips

This would help for cases like aot s4p3, where some sources have the episodes split up into three parts, while others don't. Would basically just take the specified files/clips and append them, after applying any needed trims or fps conversions. The trim stuff is important cause this could help with syncing if there are extra black frames at the beginning of each file.
