• fixed layering issue preventing you from seeing round timers
• fixed some positioning on the main menu related to the new play-list
  animatons
• lowered the winpanels position like it used to be, now that the
  animation for it has been removed
• hopefully fixed the positioning issue for itemquickswitch. It seems
  that Valve changed whether or not it takes positioning form hudlayout or
  its own .res file
• updated closecaption slightly to include some of the new vo.

There's still loads more that need doing, but this is a start.

Holy poop, I think it's stable. I still haven't touched the Main Menu
(I'll do that later), but for now, I just wanted to get the HUD working
again.

So this is a huge update. I wanted to tie it in with the update that we
thought was gonna hit on Thursday but obviously did not.
I also wanted to make even more changes, but I decided that enough weas
enough for this time.
There might be another big update some time in the future, but I'm happy
with how this turned out.

Brought back a customization for the old design of the HUD, back when I
went by the alias "sgt. scabberdaddle". It's the ressurection of
scabber's HUD!

changed the background for round timers and added the old one as a
customization.
also made a customization for even smaller charge meters.

This is probably the release version of the crosshairs and hitmarkers.
Any modification you'll have to edit yourselves because it's gonna vary
depending on your preferred size and style.

I added a customization for larger meters. They look real nice, I might
use them myself <3
I might delete the customization for a custom font just so I can do a
bigger version of the uber meter as well.
