Update time and difficulty of each playbook on Academy/ fix display of each on the pages

Check the questChains.ts and how 'time' and 'difficulty' are being displayed on the page. ref: lines 163 & 164 in questChains.ts

Currently, 'time' is used for the 'Submit a Playbook' but do not see it displayed on the page.

All playbooks should also include time and difficulty.

Why is this needed?

It's a nice feature to get a general idea of the commitment needed and the rigor of the playbook. It's in the code, but not being used properly.
