Stupid Question: Does TTLR give "original" video?

Hello, I have a very stupid question that I cannot find answers my own;
Does TTLR give "original" video as the tiktoker streams? I mean, you can definitely use OBS to "record" the stream, but I believe TTLR operate in other way, neither it loses nor adds "data".
Can someone assure me that TTLR is the BEST method to obtain the exact original video as it is streamed.
