Teams App - Not wokring in Microsoft 365

We have created and added a Teams app in MS store around 2020. Now the app is no longer working in Microsoft 365. It shows as 'AppID is not valid. Must be GUID format. Please find the attached screen shot. the APP is in GUID format. Can you investigate on this?
