[1.20.1] Incompatibility between LuckPerms and Mohist backend servers

Minecraft Version : Minecraft 1.20.1

Mohist Version : Mohist build for Minecraft 1.20.1 (Provide the exact build number used)

Operating System : Debian 11 (for the servers)

Concerned mod / plugin :

• Proxy Plugins:

  • LuckPerms-Velocity-5.4.146.jar
  • Ambassador-Velocity-1.4.4-all.jar

• Backend Server Plugins:

  • EssentialsX-2.20.1.jar
  • PlaceholderAPI-2.11.6.jar
  • WorldBorder-1.2.jar
  • LuckPerms-Bukkit-5.4.146.jar (causing the issue)

• Mods:

  • proxy-compatible-forge-1.1.7.jar

Configuration LuckPerms on Velocity: Configuration

Steps to Reproduce :

1. Set up a Velocity proxy server (version 3.1.2) with the plugins: LuckPerms-Velocity and Ambassador.
2. Configure the Velocity proxy to connect to Mohist backend servers running Minecraft 1.20.1.
3. Install LuckPerms-Bukkit-5.4.146 on the backend Mohist servers.
4. Attempt to connect to the proxy server as a player.
5. Observe the error message during pre-login.

Description of issue :
When players attempt to connect to the server through Velocity, the following error appears:

Failed to connect to the server  
[LP] Permissions data for your user was not loaded during the pre-login stage - unable to continue.  
Please try again later. If you are a server admin, please check the console for any errors.

If LuckPerms-Bukkit is not installed on the backend Mohist servers, the issue disappears, and players can connect normally.

This seems to be an incompatibility between LuckPerms and Mohist backend servers, as the error is specifically tied to having LuckPerms-Bukkit installed on the backend.
