Does the image appear normal after the camera has been running for a while (i.e. Not in timelapse only mode)? |

Describe the issue/problem and steps to reproduce
I'm trying to take snapshots (as source material for timelapse video) using my USB webcam
Image is overexposed, automatic exposure doesn't work in full resolution (1920x1080). When I set the resolution to 640x480 in Motion, image is exposed right, with the same motion settings.
I use:
video_params palette=15,"Brightness"=100,"Exposure, Auto"=3
in config, but tried many possible variants with auto_brightness.
Other people describe the same problem here, using Rpi Cam module, so I believe it's a Motion bug.
Relevant Motion log output (at log_level 8)
