Upgrade from 4.3.2 to 4.5.1: Invalid data error and no image

Hi,
I have updated from 4.3.2 to 4.5.1 and now I get the following error on startup:

I also re-wrote the config file from scratch using the motion-dist.conf and camera1-dist.conf, but the same error shows up.

The camera streams are working: here is the ffplay output of one of them:
