As we were looking to create a page that would show a health report for node and the traffic it was received in relation to ARIs, a lot of that data wasn't even being collected on the device. Fixing this could be good for backend development.

According to @BrianSipos, we're not recording the data per device/node and the difficulty relates to the mechanisms of ADMs and ION, not necessarily ANMS. It's not an ANMS responsibility to figure out how to collect this data. ION does not collect per-hope node data, for example, and anything that involves modifying the "bookkeeping" of ION is troublesome. Also note that ANMS does not care about the semantics of its collected data (like counters).

All that being said, this issue is being removed from the ANMS v1.2 milestone because it is not necessarily an ANMS development issue
