Improve the functionality and utility of the Export GeoPackage form with the following changes:

  • Make min/max zoom levels inclusive
  • Use the bounds of another layer to set the bounds of the exported GeoPackage
  • Setting the background color with a color picker
  • A style selection component
  • Input validations on filename, layer name and id
  • An improved download link page

This is a follow on to issue #82
