which gives no ranks or sugenos

This only happened in 1 out of 8 MVP1 queries, and 0 out of 4 MVP2 queries. Infrequent, so marked Critical, but would be good to determine its root cause soon.

Well known issue, now potentially happens only under stress. Replaced by O&O issue #42
