Add a dependency section in README.md which will list all the dependencies used in this project.

Steps to solve this issue

Open README.md and go through the file to get a basic idea about markdown.
Just before Installation, add the following content

Dependencies

Matplotlib
Pillow
ImageTk
Tkinter
