Testing matrix

FLORIS uses GitHub Actions to run the test suite and examples for a set of GitHub events (push, pull request). At the moment, the covered conditions are limited to Ubuntu with Python 3.8, 3.9, 3.10, and 3.11. Some notable gaps exist:

• Windows
• macOS with both Intel and Arm chips (list of GitHub-hosted runners)
• Python 3.12

Some features are also not included in the formal tests (excludes examples):

• Multidimensional Cp and Ct turbine definitions in regression tests - there are unit tests for the low level functionality, but no regression tests
