The repository contains startup code related to the development of the new FIP endstation.
Once the initial phase of the development is completed or moves to the final stage, the
startup code will be merged to the profile_collection repository and this repository will
be archived and then deleted.
Installation: clone to ~/.ipython directory, rename ~/.ipython/fip-dev to
~/.ipython/profile_collection.
