I can't seem to reproduce this. I tried on Windows 8 in a vm with a small graphml file however.

@alonsela I can't seem to reproduce this. Any chance you could email me your graphml file?

Hi Brian,

The problem is not in the graphml since it repeated itself in many different graphs.
I can send the .nlogo file if it will not be spread out since it is on a work in process.
