how to change the code templates #11

when i created a new file by nodeclipse wizard, the new file followed the template like this
/**

http://usejsdoc.org/
*/

i wanted to change that , but i didnt know where it is from preferences

They are bundles with Nodeclipse main plugin, sources are at https://github.com/Nodeclipse/nodeclipse-1/tree/master/org.nodeclipse.ui/templates
