Upgrade without an intermediate version (i.e v13 -> v15)

Hello everyone!

We have an instalation on v13 EE + OCA modules. (*EE: Enterprise Edition (odoo enterprise modules))
And performing a migration from v13 to v16.

The process involves using the EE API. (upgrade.odoo.com), Where we migrate from v13ee -> v14ee, then apply OpenUpgrade in v14. (And so on until v16)
The tests conducted were successful.

BUT! as today we were going to perform another cycle of tests, and got that Odoo has removed support for migrating from
v13 -> v14 (since they have dropped support for v14) (and currently, they only support v15, v16, and v17).

What they tell us is to perform a direct migration to the final version (their script actually performs migration version by version but in an automated way).

But this makes it impossible for us to apply OpenUpgrade in the intermediate versions! (i.e. specifically we loose posibility to aply OpenUpgrade in v14)

(right now the best we could do is v13e -> v15ee) (because v14ee would be done automatically).

THE QUESTION:

How can we apply the v14 scripts from v15?

If anyone interested, managed with Odoo SA and the made a temporary patch so i could make the migration to v14. But i still depend on them. You may check the general conversation in https://www.aeodoo.org/forum/general-1/openupgrade-enterprise-1473
