OMNI Sprint Timeline with Tasks

Pre-Development Phase

  • Duration: 2 weeks (April 1 - April 14)
  • Tasks:
    • Setting up project management tools
    • Finalizing the initial project requirements
    • Assembling the development team

Sprint 1: Basic Framework & Endless Layers

  • Duration: 2 weeks (April 15 - April 28)
  • Tasks:
    • Initialize the project repository
    • Set up continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
    • Develop the basic application framework
    • Implement endless layer scrolling feature

Sprint 2: Profile Creation & Web3 Wallet Integration

  • Tasks:
    • Design and develop user profile creation
    • Integrate Web3 wallet authentication
    • Perform user testing on profile mechanics
