Can you please add some documentation on whether this api is in beta and if so when it will be ready for production ?

Also some basic help docs on how to get started to use this api . For e.g connecting to office365 using oauth, retrieving outlook calendar events etc.

We're working on this.
In the mean time, please use the https://github.com/OfficeDev/Office-365-SDK-for-Android to review the APIs.
The Android and Java SDKs are pretty similar, so any existing Android resource will be helpful while sample apps are in place, for example: https://github.com/OfficeDev/O365-Android-Snippets#understand-the-code

@victoraditya the code currently should be enough to get you started, we're working on the samples but very slowly. Are you having a specific issue? The approach for the Java SDK it's almost the same we used for Android, so most of the sample code should be enough to get you started. Otherwise let me know.

Hi Marcote,
I was able to run the android SDK without any problems, But facing issues with Java, specifically with gradle. How to build the code base and how to get started specifically?
I am trying to run the EntryPoint.java in samples, but it's not able to run in sts or eclipse. Not sure where i am going wrong. Kindly help.

Thanks and regards,
Aditya

@victoraditya Java SDK is deprecated.
We're rewriting the SDK for the Build Conference. Specifically the Graph SDK, the other may be deprecated.

Hi Marcote,
Oh.. was not aware of this. When was it deprecated. What should be done if i want to do something very basic use case in Java - like calling Office365 as an admin and fetch all the mails for all the mail boxes?

What are my options in Java to do above?
Should we rely on ASP code to do above rather than java ? (as we are part of huge enterprise and i am quickly evaluating Java vs .NET)?

Kindly help,
As always .. Thanks a lot.
Aditya.

@marcote The same question from me as well. : ) I am very interested in this project, if you have a date to share with us or a short roadmap, that would be great. People need to know where to open their PRs.: )

@mattgeim any plans to update Java SDK or it won't be supported? In my company, we hacked old API to make it work (using some custom mappers etc.) but I want to know if we should develop it or wait for official Java SDK for Graph.
