Feature request: Allow specifying directory for output files

When running OpenFAST simulations the output files are automatically created in the same directory as your input files. This clutters the input file directory and can lead to accidental committing of of output file to version control etc.

Describe the solution you'd like

Implementation of an optional method of specifying the output directory for all files generated by the simulation run. This could either be a command line argument to the openfast executable, or setting in the input file, or both (in which case setting the option for the executable should take precedence).
