Suggestion: Create a Chinese Manual

I am from China. I want to create a Chinese Manual. What should I do?

There is no example translation yet, so we have no experience what works best in the end. If you want to continue anyway, I would still repeat my suggestion from issue #14:

• fork the mapper-manual repository,
• rewrite the pages (keeping the file names)
• replace the screenshots in pages/images (keeping the file names)

and let us know when it reaches a sufficient level of competition.

We will need to find how we actually merge the new files. Probably they will get an extra filename suffix or an extra directory. (Ideally, missing files (or unchanged screenshots) are served from the English version.)
In addition, we will need to decide how to distribute translated variants of the manual, with respect to main package size.
