Need to prettify the table names in the grid view

E.g. TYPEOFDWELLING should be Type of Dwelling

This would be nice, actually. We currently jump through hoops to generate this table id from the column names, so we have 'type of dwelling' before and 'TYPEOFDWELLING' afterwards. Censusreporter requires the concept of a table id which we don't have natively, so this takes its place. We'd have to see how prettified table names would interact with the table id concept.

Another option is just to add a table name field and show it instead of the id.
