Just linking across repos following PCMDI/input4MIPs_CVs#8.

We need to register CNRM-CERFACS, IACETH, IAMC, ImperialCollege, MOHC and new institution CR (see https://www.climate-resource.com/)

This has a matching issue PCMDI/input4MIPs_CVs#8

This also relates to the incomplete task defined in #1 (need to add MIP_OPmon/tosbcs and MIP_SImon/siconcbcs to start)
