POWERBACK Code of Conduct

POWERBACK is committed to providing a welcoming, respectful, and inclusive environment for all members of our community, regardless of their background, identity, or beliefs. This Code of Conduct outlines our expectations for behavior when participating in our community, whether online or offline.

Expected Behavior

We expect all community members to:

  1. Be respectful and considerate of others, including their opinions and ideas.

Unacceptable Behavior

Unacceptable behavior includes, but is not limited to:

  1. Harassment, discrimination, or any form of harmful or offensive conduct based on race, gender, sexual orientation, disability, religion, or other personal characteristics.

  2. Use of derogatory, offensive, or discriminatory language or imagery.

  3. Intimidation, threats, or any behavior that creates a hostile or unwelcoming environment.

  4. Disruptive or disrespectful comments, trolling, or personal attacks.

  5. Unsolicited or inappropriate messages, such as spam or offensive content.

  6. Violation of the privacy or boundaries of others.

Reporting Violations

If you witness or experience behavior that violates this Code of Conduct, please report it promptly to the POWERBACK administrators at support@powerback.me. All reports will be handled confidentially and investigated as necessary.

Consequences

Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in:

  1. Warning: A private communication with the individual involved, outlining the issue and requesting a change in behavior.

  2. Temporary Suspension: A temporary suspension from participating in community activities, with a specified duration.

  3. Permanent Ban: A permanent ban from community participation.

Our Responsibility

The POWERBACK community leaders and administrators are responsible for enforcing this Code of Conduct. We are committed to addressing violations promptly and fairly. Our goal is to ensure a positive and inclusive environment for all community members.
