Categories Presets on Series

Uzair suggested having commonly reused category terms linked under the field, same as the adfree term. This would save time (often overtime $$) filling out that field. One place these reused categories term could live is in on the Series as a Category Presets field. These terms could then be used to populate the options of the prx-tag input on the episode.
