Update style guide with information about Clang #1927

#1918 updated the style guide to note we use google style guide, and removed instructions that were based around mandating use of astyle.

The style will be mandated by clang - PX4/PX4-Autopilot#19855 but this is not yet ready.

Once that is done, a note needs to be added.
