pip在线安装后，运行报错

环境

请提供您使用的Python版本号 3.10 ， PaddleX版本号 3.0.0-b2 ,paddlepaddle-gpu==3.0.0b2
请提供您使用的操作系统信息，如Linux -- Ubuntu -- 22.04.1
请问您使用的CUDA/cuDNN的版本号是？
CUDA - 12.3.2
cudnn-linux-x86_64-9.2.1.18_cuda12

这个看起来是paddle框架没有被正确安装。请到Paddle仓库提问吧～
