Improve user experience with the latest Next.js features 🚀

Expected behaviour

• Pass the navbar as layout ( see: https://nextjs.org/docs/app/building-your-application/routing/pages-and-layouts#layouts )
• Update the rest of the app to work with Next.js 13 (example: switch the pages folder to app)
