Rsync -- Curious why the addin stays running if it does not periodically re-sync. I have it working but it only syns at start up

Is this the intended behavior? I guess I can setup an automation to restart the add-on when I want it to run. Other addons that function similarly (ie. LetsEncrypt), will stop the add-in service after it completes the process. Appreciate you making this add-in and any thoughts.
