I want to remove non-hyper-mutated samples with <1000 mutations per sample in the maf file. I guess it can be achieved by subsetMaf(), but what are the specific parameters? Or if not possible, is there any way to achieve this?
By the way, the number of mutations in the samples can be seen by getSampleSummary().
