You forgot to write the name of the object for ServiceCollection class.

static ServiceProvider GetServiceProvider()
{
ServiceCollection = new();  // It should be ServiceCollection services = new();  
services.AddSingleton<IGreetingService, GreetingService>();
services.AddTransient<HomeController>();
return services.BuildServiceProvider();
}
