Seaweed Faming Solution walk through & Questions

Agenda:

• Review of the seaweed farming unit tests - demonstrates that the data has been matched
• Review of jupyter notebook
• Looking for support with the work so far.

Notes:

• Sensitivity analysis - Users can play within a range.
• the lifetime values can be % or the actual value.
• You see the drop in operating costs over time
• All operating costs from all units in the system are reflected - including costs initiated before 2020.
• You can use the variable operating costs - packaged and reused multiple times.
• Neil is 90% done with Seaweed. This should help vastly with the remaining ocean models. Most of this work is replicable.
• Unit adoption/ helper tables isn't coming up the same way Oceans - other sectors will require separate code paths.
• Denise is working on constructing how the adoptions are calculated.
• Test cases - what kind of tests cases do we need to do? ACTION - let's consider this more - what we want to do here!
