[Ecosystem] default cards sort order: "Main", "Extensions", then "Community"

In the Ecosystem page, we need to update the list of cards so that "Main" are shown at the top by default when a user first visits the page.

• as the Default, ecosystem cards should be sorted using the same order as they appear in the checkboxes
• in the Sort dropdown, add an option for Default (which is the initial ordering by tier, "Main", "Extensions", "Community"

We've decided that for the "default" sorting, we will keep the tier order as suggested: "Main", "Extensions", "Community".

We also don't foresee changes to the tiers.
